Lauren Smith is a theatre and film actress from Topeka, KS now based in Kansas City. Lauren graduated from the University of Kansas in 2023 with a degree in Theatre Performance, seen on stage as Elbow/Mistress Overdone in Measure for Measure (2021), The Nina in Airness (2021), a Somebody in Everybody (2022), and behind the scenes as dramaturg for Musings of Fire (2020) and director/dramaturg for GIIIIIIRLS TRIIIIIIP (2023). Since graduation, she has been breaking into the Kansas City film and theatre scene as an actor, stage manager, wardrobe assistant, and assistant director for various local projects.
